In response to the growing demand for environmentally friendly solutions, Gabriel-Chemie has developed a new innovative product range specifically formulated for use with recycled post-industrial PP. These advanced masterbatches, which have successfully passed comprehensive testing to meet the most important European standards, are available in a wide spectrum of colours, ensuring that the final products not only meet safety requirements but also achieve aesthetically appealing results and reliable light stability according to EN13200-4 (European standard for spectator facilities).
For traditional applications using virgin polymers, Gabriel-Chemie offers over 100 specialized codes, providing tailored flame retardant and UV protection solutions for polypropylene (PP), glass fibre-filled PP and PA6. This masterbatch range meets more than 10 different fire safety standards and regula tions in key markets, including Italy, Germany, Spain, France, the USA, the UK and Switzerland. These products are suitable for both injection moulding and extrusion blow moulding processes.
