At Fakuma 2024, Haitian will highlight its 5th generation machines, designed to meet the increasing demands for energy efficiency and process stability, while also demonstrating Haitian’s role as a wholistic solution provider. All together Haitian will showcase 6 live applications on its 5th Generation injection molding machines. Three on their booth in hall A1-1103 and three on partner booths.
Live at booth A1 -1103
Haitian Mars Series MA2000V/750
As the world’s best-selling servo-hydraulic toggle machine with more than 410,000 units running in manufacturing halls around the globe, the Haitian Mars Series sets the standard for efficiency and flexibility in injection molding. A Mars 200t machine, will be producing Frisbee discs from 100% recycled PP, embedded in a production cell, provided entirely by Haitian. The smart machine feature HT·Inject guarantees a stable injection process and part weight despite the 100% regranulated material. The Material is provided by ExxonMobil.
A Hilectro V1000 robotic system will pick the 1 cavity part. Safety fence, conveyor belt, material feeding system as well as color mixing are all provided by the sister company out of the Haitian Group, Haitian Smart Solutions. Hotrunner system by Meusburger. The laser texturing inside the mold has been realized by Reichle Technologiezentrum.
This setup demonstrates Haitian’s portfolio in offering solutions from machine to peripherals and more. With an energy-saving potential of 20-40% on average - compared to the already energy-efficient previous Generation 3 - the MA2000V is a clear demonstration of how Haitian’s machines can help manufacturers reduce operational costs while maintaining high-quality outputs.
Zhafir Zeres Series ZE1200V-430 with medical pack
The Zhafir Zeres Series ZE1200V with integrated hydraulics is equipped with a medical package, catering to the growing demand for high-precision medical injection molding applications. This electrical machine, will be producing 1 ml syringes from PP, using a mold supplied by Ruhla with 8 cavities. Material provided by ExxonMobil.
The smart machine feature HT·OptiForce automatically regulates and reduces the clamping force from 500 to 80 kN in order to save energy.
The machine operates with a laminar flow box and quality flap from Petek Reinraumtechnik, ensuring optimal production conditions for medical-grade parts and a hotrunner system from Meusburger.
This exhibit highlights Haitian’s commitment to delivering machines capable of meeting the strict regulatory requirements and high demands of the medical industry while ensuring flexibility and ease of integration into existing manufacturing systems.
Zhafir Zeres Series ZE1500V-640
The Zhafir Zeres Series ZE1500V is the most popular model throughout Europe, designed for high flexibility and precision. At Fakuma this machine will be producing cable holders from PA6 GF30 in a 16-cavity mold supplied by Oerlikon.
Peripherals will be provided by Haitian Smart Solutions and are completely integrated into the new controller of Generation 5 machines. Amongst are Haitian’s 3-in-1 dryer, TCU (temperature control unit) and a quality flap. Also integrated is the digital flow measurement by FloSense, the hotrunner, supplied by Meusburger, and the in mold cavity pressure monitoring from CavityEye.
With its real-time monitoring and process optimization features, the ZE1500V serves as a demonstration of how Haitian’s machines can not only improve production efficiency but also enhance product quality through intelligent integration of advanced peripherals and real-time data analysis.
Haitian Machines on other booths at Fakuma
Gollmer Formen: Hall A2-2213
An electric ZE900V produces crushed design cups on the booth of Gollmer Formen. The joint project of Haitian International Germany, Gollmer Formen, Reichle Technologiezentrum, Meusburger, Wiedemann, Simcon, Kistler, DMT creaktiv, and Matusi showing a complex tool and production technology. Entire turnkey system, including the robotic cell, material feeding, and mixing.
Nonnenmann: Hall A1-1101
An electric ZE900V in combination with a Nonnenmann plastic gripper system, 6-axis robot with 7th axis and an optical inspection system produce a bucket made of PP in the company color to all interested Fakuma visitors via a conveyor belt. The optimized interaction of the individual machines within safety fences and systems, including CE certification, is tailored to the needs of small and medium-d injection moulding companies and can be easily configured and implemented.
TST DE: Hall A1-1512
At Fakuma, we are producing an innovative reusable drinking cup made from bio-based copolyester. Thanks to the minimal use of raw materials - only 1% of the grain harvest - we avoid the plate/tank discussion and offer an environmentally friendly alternative. The cup is produced on a hydraulic Haitian Mars 90t. The machine is equipped with an electric plasticizing motor as standard.
Thanks to our efficient water hose system on the machine, particularly uniform and effective mold cooling is achieved.
Fully automatic assembly is then carried out using a cobot, which ensures efficiency in the process.
Technology to the Point: Haitian’s Vision for the Future
