DataWave2 technology
A new single-cable thermocouple technology for Altanium that eliminates conventional thermocouple cables between the mold and controller. Ideal for high cavitation and stack tools. Eliminating thermocouple cables increases productivity and reduces cost by removing connections and decreasing the of expensive cable management systems by as much as 50%, resulting in a 30% cost savings.
Altanium Servo Control (ASC)
Altanium Servo Control is available with up to 6 Mold Servo Axes and 2 UltraSync-E axes and is also available with heat and individual servo valve stem control. A key differentiator for Altanium Servo Control is our total solution approach. This includes full application engineering support for sizing the motors and actuators. Testing and tuning the motors and actuators with the controller at the factory before they ship to the customer. Global startup and training support is included with every system.
