At the upcoming NPE 2012 show in Orlando, Kortec Inc. will display a broad range of food and beverage plastic packages produced with its multilayer barrier packaging technology. These include new shapes and styles of high barrier, thin-wall multilayer food containers; one-piece closures; and multilayer PET and OPP preforms and finished containers for world leading beverage and food brands.
Kortec’s thin-wall multilayer food packaging technology provides highly shelf-stable options for a variety of food processing applications including retort, aseptic, or hot-fill processes. First introduced at NPE 2009, worldwide demand for these types of containers has led Kortec to develop with its customers numerous new shapes and styles of containers for packaging different types of foods.
