KraussMaffei Berstorff invests in a new rubber profile production line

The design of the microwave coupling system ensures extremely homogeneous field distribution. Both the microwave power and the conveyor belt speed can be continuously adjusted. The microwave line features an effective cross section of 150 mm width and 75 mm height. The actual productivity driver is the reliable and time-saving operating concept of the line.

All important functions of the profile production line can be easily set. The central control panel at the extruder exhibits a logical structure and a self-explanatory user interface to control the rubber processing extruder and the vulcanizing systems.
