In April PRT Radomsko has opened a new plant in Radomsko district of special economical zone of Lodz. Costed 9 mln euros plant will produce r-PET, which is valuable material for production new packagings as well as travel bags, backpacks, laptop computers and fleece jackets. New plant will employ at least 30 workers.PRT Radomsko is a part of Alpla group, the European leader in PET packagings production. New plant is the second Alpla's site in Radomsko. Other company locations in Poland include Zywiec, Ostrow Mazowiecka and Nowy Dwor. The group employs 14,000 people and has 149 production plants across 39 countries worldwide. In 2012 Alpla recorded annual turnover worth €3 billion last year.
