The Industry Fair (MIS) has once again established itself as an important platform for the plastics industry. The trade fair opened its doors in Celje from April 8 to 11, 2025. BOY was represented together with its Slovenian representative Uniplast Inzeniring d.o.o. The event offered numerous opportunities for networking and presenting the latest developments in the industry.
A particular highlight was the new BOY 50 Electric, which impressed visitors with its special design and sustainable technologies. The injection molding machine offers numerous features that increase the dynamics and, above all, the efficiency of injection molding in high-speed applications thanks to parallel movements. The drives for injection, dosing and ejection are electromechanical. The mold area is oil- and lubricant-free. The trade fair not only offered the opportunity to present this innovative product, but also to promote the exchange of ideas with experts and interested parties from the entire industry. The response to the innovations was overwhelming and shows the great interest in future-oriented solutions in plastics processing.
This year's trade fair was a complete success. BOY presented a wide range of products and innovations that aroused the interest of visitors and exceeded expectations.
Particularly pleasing was the large crowd at the stand, which was underpinned by numerous positive feedbacks from visitors.
Benedikt Schöps, Deputy Head of International Sales at BOY, was delighted with the large number of visitors. "The trade fair in Slovenia showed us that it is important to maintain a presence. Our representative Uniplast Inzeniring d.o.o maintains a very good relationship with its customers. On this basis, we were able to hold very interesting and high-quality discussions with interested parties and regular customers."
