Vecoplan will be presenting its product portfolio from May 24 to 27 at Plastpol, the International Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber Processing in Kielce, Poland. The machine builder will be showing its shredding, storage and conveying solutions, which can process different materials into high-quality output. Vecoplan will also be exhibiting the powerful VIZ 1700. Users of this machine enjoy a high level of availability, low operating costs and maximum throughput.
Vecoplan's focus will be on successful concepts in plastics recycling in Booth C-29. The Westerwald company not only offers know-how, it also supplies machinery and plants for shredding, conveying and processing primary and secondary raw materials. Vecoplan will be showing exhibition visitors how the loop can be closed and plastics recycled – cost-effectively. Highly efficient shredders are vital for closed loop recycling to function perfectly. This is because they are able to process a wide range of input materials.
At Plastpol, Vecoplan will be presenting the high-performance VIZ 1700, one of the largest and most energy-efficient shredders in its product portfolio. This system gives users a great deal of flexibility, as it can shred completely different plastics. The shredder can be precisely adapted to different input and output requirements by selecting the right rotors, knives and screen. Shredding performance can be matched to the interface. However, thanks to the concept of bolted tool holder plates with variable cutting tip s, rotor changes are now a thing of the past. Users only have to exchange the tool holder plates to quickly and easily adapt the cutting geometry to different output grain s. The VIZ in the booth will be equipped with the HiTorc drive, which has a high level of start-up power and a powerful torque.
