Wilmington Machinery, well known for rotary blow molding and large part injection molding systems, will be profiling its latest technology at NPE 2012.
For the first time ever, Wilmington Machinery will introduce a large container rotary blow molding system.
Also in the spotlight, will be their SB (Small Bottle) systems and their expanded LUMINA Plastic Pallet molding lines.
Attendees from the motor oil, edible oils, chemicals and other large volume liquid product markets can learn about Wilmington Machinery’s new large container rotary blow system. It is designed with calibrated neck for 3 gallon to 25-liter tight drum and jerry can applications. The system is available with 4 or 6 cavities and is completely automated including part handling and trimming. It is capable of speeds up to 475 containers per hour or 4 million containers per year.
In addition, Wilmington Machinery will be sharing details on its SB (Small Bottle) high speed rotary systems capable of over 50,000 bottles per hour for food processor looking needing cost effective packaging and/or containers for dairy, juice, teas, coffee, nutritional supplements and yogurts. The SB systems are ideal for companies with multilayer and other HDPE and PP applications containers.
Wilmington Machinery has supplied pallet systems since 1977, many of them to companies who previously had not produced anything from plastics, and why they have expanded their LUMINA Plastic Pallet Molding Systems from three to seven models.
Simple, nestable pallets can be produced at rates of 250-900,000 per year and double deck rackable pallets can be fabricated at rates of 200-400,000 per year. These pallet molding systems include the molding machine, mold(s), robotics and all accessories and are ideal for companies making pallets for sale or for internal use.
