Dynamic washer - KL-MD / 1000 - high efficiency - Polish producer

Dynamic washers are devices used to wash most lightly and moderately soiled and shredded plastic waste, such as:

• PP packaging ,
• PVC
• PET bottles
• shredded big bags
  
• foils, e.g. LLDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, PA,
• fishing nets,
• household chemical waste
• and many others

They are most often used after the pre-washing stage in pre-washers. For this reason, dynamic washers should not be used interchangeably with preliminary washers for washing heavily soiled (sand, stones, etc.) waste. The washers offered by masses are easy-to-use and reliable devices that allow for configuration in a more effective cleaning - dynamic cascade system (tandem - 2 x 30 kW or 2 x 55 kW). Multiple-point dosing of water to the screen washers (cleaning system) and active discharge of pollutants ensure more effective work, and the dynamic movement of the charge is possible thanks to the rotating blades. The extended part of the sieve (1400 mm) significantly affects the quality of washing, and the excess water is drained thanks to the use of an acid-resistant steel sieve. The use of 2 segments of sieves provides the washers with better maintenance.
