SAX Polymers Industrie GmbH is currently building a new production hall with an area of 1,800 m² within the Plastoplan facilities in Vienna. The production hall with photovoltaic system is expected to be completed by the end of 2021. Further investments in a completely new machine park have been approved and will significantly increase the capacity in Vienna.
In total, the Hromatka Group in Vienna is investing over 7 million euros from its own funds in the expansion of SAX Polymers. These investments are intended to ensure the excellent quality of the products in the future, but also to set a clear signal that SAX Polymers would like to achieve this in the best possible way with the climate targets. The new photovoltaic system as well as the energy-efficient machines should make a significant contribution here.
