At Plastpol 2010, Plastigo presents the Venus series model of injection moulding machine with the IML application (In Mould Labelling)Production will be based on the Ve1900kN and Shini auxiliary equipment, including cooler, hopper dryer, hopper loader, granulator and water heater.IML technology will be supported by the cartesian robot mod. Zxe-1000 2V, equipped with two vertical axis. The Automation will be completed by a rotating magazine for the label, equipped with pick & place for labels extraction, that permit to work continuously without automation stops also during label filling in the magazine.
