BOY representative 1.PlastCompany Poland will participate in the 29th Plastpol International Trade Fair for Plastics and Rubber Processing in Kielce, Poland from May 20-23, 2025 (Hall G / Booth 6).
This year, four BOY injection moulding machines will be exhibited - a BOY XS E producing bottle openers, a BOY 50 Electric producing pen covers and a BOY 125 E in combination with a BOY 2C S.
The largest of the BOY injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 1250 kN and a footprint of only 5.22 m² will be exhibited together with the BOY 2C S, a very flexible additional unit. Ice cube moulds (hard/soft material combination) are produced on this compact 2K system.
The BOY 50 Electric only requires a footprint of 4.01 m² and offers a clamping force of 500 kN and a maximum injection volume of 76.5 cm³. The injection moulding machine offers numerous features that increase the dynamics and, especially in high-speed applications, the efficiency of injection moulding through parallel movements. The drives for injection, dosing and ejection are electromechanical. The mould area is oil and lubricant-free.
The BOY Electric series is available with up to seven screw diameters, which offers the possibility to process a wide range of Thermoplastics, rubber, LSR and Thermosets. This adaptability makes it suitable for many industries trying to optimise their manufacturing processes.
The BOY Electric series not only impresses with its performance, but also with its new machine design. The OSSD safety technology (non-contact safety switch) has also been incorporated into the new series. The drive and inverter technology are integrated in the smallest possible space and offer numerous expansion options. This allows BOY to remain true to its concept of a small footprint.
With the latest standards in machine equipment from BOY and a clamping force of 100 kN on a footprint of just 0.87 m², the BOY XS E offers a wide range of applications in micro and sprueless small part injection moulding with innovative and proven technologies. The injection moulding machine has been improved in many details. It is equipped with the servo-motor pump drive, which scores with its high dynamics and extremely smooth running, and the latest BOY Procan Alpha 6 control system with sequence configurator and OPC-UA.
