Xenia Materials, a global producer of high-performance thermoplastic specialties, will present its new range of innovative and sustainable filaments for FFF 3D printing at Formnext 2024 in Frankfurt - Hall 12.1 - Booth G48.
Xenia’s innovation path has expanded into the FDM/FFF 3D Printing sector with the introduction of the 3DF Materials family of products, focused on creating high-performance filaments. This new collection reflects Xenia’s commitment to lightweight, performing and sustainable materials, resulting in a complete range of filament-based solutions for different applications in 3D printing.
At the core of these filaments is a commitment to innovation, manifested in properties such as exceptional strength, lightweight design, chemical resistance and sustainability.
3DF Materials by Xenia:
- XECarb SL 3DF - Featuring a 100% bio-based PA11 polymer matrix reinforced with 15% carbon fibre, this filament offers exceptional strength and lightness. Incorporating Xenia's innovative SuperLight technology, it reaches an ideal density of 0.99 g/cm³, merging high performance with extreme lightness.
- XELight 3DF - Combining PEBA’s renowned flexibility and impact resistance with Xenia's specialized engineering, the XELight 3DF achieves an outstanding density value of 0.87 g/cm³. This filament is ideal for projects demanding both exceptional flexibility and lightweight performance.
- XECarb45 3DF - Designed for applications that require both structural integrity and resistance to chemically aggressive environments, XECarb 45 3DF integrates 10% carbon fibre into a structurally modified PVDF base. This filament is optimal for industrial applications requiring resilience and stability under challenging conditions.
- XEGreen 23 3DF - Developed from rigorously selected 100% recycled polymers and fibres, the XEGreen23 3DF is based on a 20% carbon fibre reinforced PETG. This filament provides mechanical strength and lightweight properties while meeting sustainability objectives, making it an ideal choice for environmentally conscious manufacturers.
With the launch of 3DF Materials, Xenia continues its aim to deliver innovative solutions designed to meet the demands of modern 3D printing. Each filament reflects Xenia’s commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability, providing users with the advanced materials they need to achieve new levels of performance in FDM printing.
Xenia Materials invites industry professionals to explore the benefits and opportunities of the new 3DF Materials at Formnext 2024, Hall12.1, G48, taking place in Frankfurt from November 19 to 22.
