MAS introduced the iQonicTwin HyperPET, integrating a pre-extrusion SSP based on infrared radiation and vacuum for food-grade rPET with stable IV, color consistency and low AA at reduced energy use. The solution debuts at K Show 2025 in Düsseldorf.
Ampacet, a global masterbatch leader, will showcase its innovative flame retardant portfolio at K 2025, addressing evolving regulatory, safety, and supply chain demands in the plastics industry.
Colines has produced fully recyclable stand-up pouches combining a 70 micron PE-barrier film from a nine-layer Polyblown blown line with a 25 micron cast MDO-PE print web stretched 4.8:1. The pouches, printed and converted by Sumer Plastik using ExxonMobil resins, will be presented at K 2025.
On 16–18 September in Budapest, the seventh Central European Plastics Meeting 2025 took place, combining a trade fair, conference and B2B meetings. The event gathered 450 participants, nearly 1,500 B2B talks were held, and the program covered, among others, recycling and the circular economy.
Lanxess will showcase polymer additives, colorants and heat-stable inorganic pigments at K 2025 in Duesseldorf, highlighting new flame retardants, hydrolysis stabilizers, plasticizers and color solutions for engineering plastics.
Arburg will present the Allrounder Cube 1800 at K 2025 on stand 13A13, producing two-colour PP caps on a 4+4-cavity Foboha cube mould. The compact cell integrates a six-axis robot to automate removal and aims to shorten cycles and increase output.
Gruniverpal will present GT Cranes upgrades at K Show 2025, including an updated Minidrel 20SL with six proximity sensors, a high-visibility display and next-generation lithium batteries. The company also points to recent international trade fair activity and plans to exhibit in Hall 11, Stand C80.
At K 2025, Coperion will present an expanded lineup of smart feeding and weighing technologies, bringing together Coperion K-Tron with former Schenck Process FPM AccuRate and MechaTron lines. Solutions will be shown in Hall 14, booth B19, and in the open area FG/CE07.
ENGEL will showcase the Wintec e-win 1800 all-electric injection moulding machine at K 2025, transferring e-mac technology to a standardised platform. The compact series targets small and mid-tonnage applications with short delivery times and a cost-efficient specification.
AMI has scheduled the Compounding & Recycling Expo for 23–24 September 2026 at Messe Frankfurt, Germany. The free-to-attend event will combine a tradeshow and conference focused on the convergence of plastics compounding and recycling.
Kisuma Chemicals is offering magnesium-based additive solutions to improve the performance and consistency of recycled plastics, with benefits such as odor reduction, melt flow and color retention, and gel reduction. The company will present the portfolio at K 2025, Hall 8B, booth H31.
