The Sabic Plastic Energy Advanced Recycling joint venture in Geleen, the Netherlands, has produced its first batch of pyrolysis oil from hard-to-recycle plastic waste, marking a step toward full commercial operations later this year.
Oerlikon, together with the Oerlikon Barmag, Oerlikon Neumag and Oerlikon Nonwoven brands, will present solutions for yarn and nonwovens production at ITMA ASIA + CITME in Singapore, 28–31 October, hall 4, booth C 204. The focus will be on productivity, digitalization and energy savings.
Südpack has grouped its PP and PE mono-material tubular pouch films from the Pure-Line into the CarbonLite product family. The films target flowpacks, doypacks and block-bottom pouches with verified recyclability, material savings and a smaller carbon footprint versus multi-material laminates and trays.

Combined with GC green 71 MI T30 they enable up to 30% shorter cycles than PP and dishwasher-safe parts.
