FRICTION FEEDER W 250

Friction feeder for sheets, cards, cardboard boxes, leaflets with a maximum size of 250 x 300 mm. Thanks to the powerful stepper motor, it can reach speeds of up to 70 m / min.
The feed is realized by a rubber counter-rotating roller with micro adjustment on the left and right side. Thanks to this solution, the feeder is extremely universal. The warehouse with a height of 300 mm ensures high throughput and ensures continuous operation.

LCD DISPLAY

The feeder is controlled by a microprocessor which uses the LCD keypad with two 20-character lines and 7 function keys to communicate with the user. This allows you to set all operational parameters such as continuous feed or number of copies on demand, as well as program the feed speed and print delay. The controller can remember up to 40 different operating settings.

HSAJET® PRINTER INSTALLATION ON A TRAY

A special bracket is available to install the HSAJET® printer on the W 250 feeder for printing variable data such as date, time, barcodes, fixed texts, and graphics at 300 or 600 DPI resolution. Installing an HSA printer allows you to create a complete printing and feeding station.
